Parent's Luncheon

Ybarra Elementary parents are invited to our Parent's Luncheon to visit with your child about using the Seven Habits to achieve their goals.

PFC Mario Ybarra Elementary is having our first annual Parent's Luncheon, September 28th and September 29th. We encourage all parents to come and have lunch with your children to learn more about the Seven Habits of Happy Kids and to talk to them about their goals and aspirations.

School Bus Safety Week

Our Ybarra Elementary students were shown proper rules and guidelines to follow while on the bus to ensure student safety.

Our WISD Bus Drivers conducted trainings for our students to educate them on the proper rules and guidelines to follow while riding the bus. Our students were shown how to evacuate properly, how to access the emergency exits, and were also reminded of safety rules to follow as a passenger. We are grateful to our wonderful bus drivers for providing our students with this extremely important information.

Hurricane Harvey Collection

Our Ybarra staff, students, and their families collected supplies for everyone affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Ybarra Elementary came together as a campus and collected canned goods and toiletries for the victims of Hurricane Harvey. We are so incredibly proud of the effort made by our students and their families to collect these items for the families affected by the hurricane.
