Ybarra Art club members participated in the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show Art Contest. We are so proud of all of their entries!
Here are our Fourth Six Weeks Artists! These students went above and beyond in their Art Classes and received the Artist Award for the Fourth Six Weeks.

Students can wear a college shirt with jeans on Thursdays for a $0.25 donation. All proceeds will go toward the Ybarra Scholarship Fund which awards students from Weslaco High and Weslaco East with scholarships.
Our Fall Festival was a huge success! Thank you to all of the parents that joined us and spent quality time with us and with your children.
Ybarra Elementary has earned it's Common Sense School Status for the 2017-2018 school year. Our staff here at Ybarra is dedicated to teaching our students to be responsible and ethical when using digital tools.
Ybarra Elementary is LIT for Literacy! We encourage you to read with your child for a minimum of 30 minutes each day.
